End of the School Year

These last couple of weeks have been so stressful.  This is how the end of the year is every year, and it takes me by surprise every year! One of my flaws is that I am a stress eater. Because of that, I have put on some weight. I am not feeling good about myself and decided I needed to make a change.

I've talked to a couple of people who have done this program and everyone raves about it.  I created a Pinterest board for recipes and downloaded some planning guides.  I got the confirmation that my order has shipped. I am pretty excited to try this.

From the research I have done, this sounds very similar to the diet I had to follow when I was pregnant with gestational diabetes. It is all about eating clean, non processed foods and portion control.  You are supposed to follow the meal plan and the 30 minute workouts for 21 days and you can lose up to 15 lbs in 3 weeks.  I'm really hoping this jump starts my weight loss and that I start working toward my goal so that I am healthier for John.
